1. Private platform

AI Asset Pilot is a private, internal real-estate asset-management platform. Access is limited to team members expressly authorized by the platform owner. It is not offered as a service to the public, and no third party may rely on any information presented in it.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must keep their credentials confidential, use the Platform only for the owner's legitimate business purposes, and must not attempt to access data or functions beyond their assigned role. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.

3. Connected services

Integrations with third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace) are authorized by the platform owner and governed additionally by those providers' terms. Handling of data from connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No warranty; no professional advice

The Platform is provided "as is" for internal decision support. Figures, forecasts, and AI-assistant outputs may contain errors and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Authoritative records remain the underlying source documents and official books of account.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, and its content belong to the platform owner or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right of authorized users to use the Platform for its intended internal purpose.
